(im)perfection
This is not the perfect pose.
Technically speaking, my back could be further arched and my feet and hands walked closer together.
But, that’s perfectly fine. You see, yoga is not about perfection. It’s about acceptance. It’s about working with your body, your limits and your practice. Maybe with practice, you’ll get to that perfect pose. Maybe you won’t. And either of those outcomes is perfectly ok. Finding happiness, peace and harmony within an asana is the real yoga in action, no matter what your chakrasana looks like.
